Epic TV tasked me with an unusual challenge: make a music soundtrack out of our boxing footage.

I was sent all the audio from the shoot and started the painstaking process of picking out sections that contained rhythms related or close to the tempo I had in mind for the track. After a lot of careful time-stretching and sound design wizardry I had a first draft which the client built their edit around – not often it happens that way round!
