Delighted to have worked alongside composer Atli Örvarsson scoring Dongji Rescue, a war epic movie which tells the true story of the rescue by Chinese fishermen of British POWs from a WW2 shipwreck off the coast of China.

Directed by Guan Hu & Fei Zhenxiang and starring Zhu Yilong & Wu Lei, the film’s relentless pacing and visual power is truly breathtaking and required a score to match. Orchestral and choir sessions were recorded at Abbey Road, Angel Studios and Budapest, with nearly 2 hours of music delivered.

Premieres in UK and US cinemas inc IMAX from Friday 22nd August. The soundtrack is available to listen on all digital music platforms.
